the last week of 2011

I meant to do a new year resolution and what-I-have-accomplished-this-year but I have so many to-do on my agenda every day. Packed to the brim even though I'm currently not working. I'm enjoying every bit of it until I start work again...

vintage tea party

I know right.. this vintage themed hi-tea reminds us so much of Alice in the Wonderland. I pretty much went ecstatic when I reached.  I did not know where to start - taking photos or start choosing from the charming tiers.

For those who love Skinny Pizza, you can eat to your hearts' content. I did. ;) I particularly love the tea flasks, yuuup you pour your tea out of vintage tea flasks. I love their tea too! The desserts were a delectable spread. My company of friends went and they liked the cheese and spread of bread. I absolutely dig the atmosphere.

I bet some of you will love this place lots too, right Juwind? :) Leaving you with some instagram goodness...

♥ I'm totally mad over these bunny watches. I bought 3 at one go!
♥ Daddy came back from Hiroshima with chocolates for me. Uber sweet.
♥ Early Christmas at Ikea and this is my favourite Christmas tree.
♥ Others sat Oui! I learn Sawadee.
♥ My dearest mushroom friend gave me this packet of Hello Kitty bow pasta. How cute can this be?
♥ New boo-member in the family... Casper!
♥ *I will have very clean hands. 

*I love scented stuff. I went mad over scented chamomile tissue last week and also these bbw anti-bac sanitizer. What is something that you will go gaga for? For me, charming things! My readers should know this by now. :)

xox #1 Biore wet wipes are my rescue item for every day use especially in SG.  This scent is not found in SG so scored!

xox #2 This reminds me of the glue I used when I was really young. This is actually a lip balm! XD

xox #3 A set of popular faux lashes which was highly recommended by this Taiwan friend. I can do with a new box of lashes. :)

xox #4 Every time I visit Taiwan, I will stock up on these especially 'Xiong Bao Bei'(left). I bought a few for my friends and they all love it on their linens and cupboards. They are very affordable at around 2SGD each.

Goodbye Wonderland

So it's going to be the last month of Hairloom & Caramel and it's farewell. I remember vividly the afternoons I spent there with some wonderful friends and the boy. When I got to know that they are closing, I had to go pay them a visit this afternoon. Had a fab afternoon with my mad friends and I ordered my favourite drink - citron presse. ;)

And yes, in case you're like me who has been in love with the pair of flamingos. Yeah the pink darlings which are chilling at the display? The owners ain't selling them.  Trust me, I thought I heard my heart cracked for a bit. :( Fret not if you want to try your luck again, they are having a sale of their stuff in the cafe, so do lookout for their facebook updates. Visit them if you haven't, for the one last time. :)
